Available positions

New Construction Installer

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Company vehicle provided and can be taken home.

Some of the duties

Install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment, including roof top package units
Train junior team members
Communicate with clients and customers
Meet local HVAC codes

You must have

A valid driver's license
An EPA card
Knowledge of all makes and models
3 years relevant experience

We would prefer that you

Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints
An understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating layout
Experience in hydronic installations and replacements (preferred but not necessary)
Ability to work full-time with some work after hours, with short or no notice (overtime pay applies)
Ability to work in confined spaces, high places and construction sites

Residential Replacement Technician: Crew Leader

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Some of the duties

Remove old HVAC systems
Install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment, including roof top package units
Train junior team members
Communicate with clients and customers
Meet local HVAC codes

You must have

A valid driver's license
An EPA card
Knowledge of all makes and models

We would prefer that you

An understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating layout
Experience in hydronic installations and replacements (preferred but not necessary)
Ability to work full-time with some work after hours, with short or no notice (overtime pay applies)
Ability to work in confined spaces, high places and construction sites

Service Technician

Full-time, 40 hours per week plus on-call rotation. Company vehicle provided and can be taken home.

Some of the duties

Repair residential and light commercial equipment
Communicate with clients and customers
Meet local HVAC codes

You must have

A valid driver's license
An EPA card
Knowledge of all makes and models
3 years relevant experience

We would prefer that you

An understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating layout
Ability to work full-time with some work after hours, with short or no notice (overtime pay applies)
Ability to work in confined spaces, high places and construction sites

Our health insurance is superior

Employees and families are eligible for coverage beginning the first of the month following 90 days from the date of hire. The plan is first dollar coverage, meaning no deductible per person to fulfill, with unlimited coverage, and it is 100% paid for by the company for the employee and their entire family. That is zero out-of-pocket expense to the employee.

100%: of health insurance: 100% paid for by the company for you and your entire family
90 days: from hire date until coverage begins, the first of the following month
100% on 4%: 401(k) match on the first 4% you contribute, with Principal as plan administrator
Day one: is when vacation starts accruing
6: paid holidays
Up to 5: personal days for full-time employees, accrued from the date of hire
Term life and AD&D: Offered to all full-time employees and their families at no cost. Employees can also contribute to the 401(k) with pre-tax dollars.
