How the Commercial Care Program works

The program is dedicated maintenance scheduled for your building. A technician certified by North American Technician Excellence visits your business regularly to check on the HVAC system and make sure everything is in good condition. Small problems get caught during the visit instead of during a heat wave.

Scheduled maintenance is only part of it. The program carries 10% off regular prices, no diagnostic charges, regular monitoring of efficiency and safety, and preferred 24-hour service with no overtime charges during the contract period. Repairs after a mechanical failure are discounted, and the required 15-point annual inspection is billed at a reduced rate.

Pricing follows the equipment, set by size and quantity, so a building with a few rooftop units is not priced like a campus. The technician also fine tunes heating and cooling components for high performance, which is why a visit is more than a filter change.

If you are not on the program, you still get a straight price

Every commercial customer gets upfront pricing that covers parts, labor and service, with no hidden or surprise charges and the best price the first time and always.
